I’m so impressed with the service I received! I needed my sofa and chair cleaned last minute, and they were able to come the very next day. The guy who came was super friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. My furniture looks like new again! I’m really happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be using them again. Superb job and Mo was super professional and very accomodating. He really cared about the result and the little details.For example he asked us for some tinfoil as he was concerned the wood stain from our antique furniture might stain the now wet carpet.He arrived early to discuss the job. Insisted it was his job to move furniture around not for us to to help. Although we did help with the bed as the Hulk would have issues with moving it alone.He even left us cover shoes so that we could walk on it wet to turn on our fire and humidifier. (We needed a very deep clean and so would take longer to dry than normal).Our only regret was leaving this job for so long. If we'd known how good they were we'd have booked him ages ago.Before and after photos added to this review.

This company is absolutely amazing. They cleaned 3years of dirt and grime in my carpets which restored them to brand new. Absolutely thrilled with our upholstery and carpets. Although only two adults living in the flat, we have lots of traffic with family and a small dog that brings all sorts of dirt in with his paws. I used their services for cleaning my sister’s new home. The previous owner had a pet, and the dirt was everywhere. So I have found their service quality second to none. They have shown brilliant customer service, while used their time effectively. The whole job took nearly 2 hours, including assembly of the cleaning tools and disassembly of them post cleaning. Very professional behaviour, offering fair pricing. I’d definitely recommend.

I contacted Hi Carpet Cleaner on a Sunday, to try to clean up some puppy-ravaged carpets and built-in sofas - and they turned up bright and early on a Monday morning, and did a cracking job.No stress. Turned up with all the kit, and efficiently did a 3-floor house and big sofa in 3 hours. Prices very reasonale, and lovely results.
